Half a million Britons are fighting this February 1st, in a strike that can already be considered the biggest in the last 11 years.
The strike day for 1 February 2023 was coordinated by five unions, teachers in schools and teachers and support staff in universities (NEU and UCU), train drivers (RMT and ASLEF), public and civil services (PCS), and Nurses (Royal College of Nursing).
