A delegation of Brazilian unionists from Aircraft Manufactorer “EMBRAER” met with their American counterparts from Boeing in Seattle last week.
They addressed the challenges that will emerge if Boeing and “EMBRAER” decide to have a joint venture: less jobs, less wages and less labor rights.
That was a first step to build international opposition to the merger.
The main union in Brazil representing “EMBRAER” workers is affiliated to CSP-Conlutas.
