The national march for labor rights called by labor federation CGT and endorsed by many other workers organizations gathered thousands in Buenos Aires’ Plaza de Mayo.

Afraid of the reaction from rank-and-file workers who wants CGT to call a general strike against president Mauricio Macri administration, the leaders abbreviated the speeches and announced that one-day general strike will be addressed in a meeting on September 25.

At the same week, Judge Graciela Carambia endorsed the request by “Felfort” food company to dismiss “Cacho Vital”, member of the workers’ committee for challenging his boss “Jorge Fort” during a stoppage in 2015.
